30 years of experience

I started my higher education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1986. After six years of medical education, I started to specialize in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1992 and finished my residency in 1997. Until 2004, I worked as a gynecology and obstetrician in the private sector in Istanbul.

In order to increase my experience in endoscopic surgery practices, I received Laparoscopic Surgery training at Laparoscopy Hospital in New Delhi, India in 2004. In order to specialize in infertility and in vitro fertilization, which is at the top of my ideals, I participated in the six-month certificate program at Zeynep Kamil Training and Research Hospital, Reproductive Therapies Center in December 2004, and I received the Assisted Reproductive Treatments certificate. After getting the assisted reproductive treatments certificate, I worked at the Istanbul Surgical Hospital IVF center for about a year, increasing my experience in IVF applications. I have been the clinical director of BatıBahat Hospital IVF Center for 15 years from October 2005 to August 2020. In this process, I successfully performed the IVF application of over 5000 infertile patients. During my professional life spanning more than a quarter of a century, I had more than 10,000 deliveries, I performed many gynecological and endoscopic surgeries. I have been instrumental in the birth of more than 2000 babies with the IVF (in vitro fertilization) method. Between the years of 2017-2020, I taught medical faculty students at the Yeni Yüzyıl University, Gynecology and Obstetrics Department as a doctoral faculty member. I have attended many national and international congresses throughout my professional life. I regularly attend ASRM (American Society of Reproductive Medicine) and ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) meetings and courses every year. Since August 2020, I have been serving especially couples with infertility problems in my clinic. My special interest is the treatment of infertile couples, including IVF treatment, and infertility surgery (hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery). (detailed resume)
